Once a married man visits an experienced sex worker, he will have to visit again, and again and again. Sex is not just a matter of inserting a penis into a vagina and shafling about for a minute or two like he does at home with his wife. Once a man pays, he is led into an experience lasting a full half hour or an hour depending on what he paid for. The idea is to make sure that when he leaves the sex worker, his mind cannot settle till he comes back for more. Its his mind, not his penis, that the sex worker works on.
It is common to find a client falling in love with you and developing and obsession about it. A good sex worker usually has several men, maybe ten or more, begging her to marry them at any time.
