Cause of death in Zim

I notice that most people still do not like to say what the cause of death is in Zim. We all know the look of an HIV patient and what happens in the period leading to death, but still we are told about cancers, malaria, typhoid, cholera, headaches, poisoning, etc. Anything but the truth. When I die, I like whoever tell people to clearly say HIV was a big factor in my death and tell those listening how I got it and how it can be avoided. Thus especially if I do not reach 35.

I have just come back from Zim and its as if nothing has changed.

Instant, do not fall into this black hole!
Count your blessings, you are still alive, and every morning that you wake up to see the sun is a good morning!
Count your blessings that you live in a country that has a reasonably stable government, and where the fabric of society has not been torn to shreds. Count your blessings that ARV drugs are available there and that you can afford them.
Elsewhere corruption, strife and mismanagement is keeping such drugs out of reach for those who need them.
Use the time that is given to you to warn others in your former trade to be careful, that their health is more important than the satisfaction of their customers. Some redemption? Some purpose?
